Parts up to 8’ x 4’ can be accommodated as well as thicknesses down to 0.002”.
In order to guarantee a superior level of quality and adherence to part specifications, we utilize CP and CPK process validation in addition to in-process inspection.
The finished custom metal prototype products go through strict visual and first inspections. Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods are utilized as well. Our manufacturing services are 9001:2008, ASTM, Mil-Spec and ASQC compliant and certified.
