At Stanron Steel, our world-class custom fabrication services enable us to provide complex, close tolerance assemblies with short lead times. We use a combination of skills to fabricate the flow cell cytometer frame shown here.
In the hands of our seasoned manufacturing professionals, our state-of-the-art CAD/CAM system enables us to optimize the fabrication and welding procedures to ensure the well-timed flow of components into the assembly process. Inside our dedicated assembly area, well trained technicians, armed with the right tools and fasteners, build the frame according to the detailed specifications prior to finishing. Featuring dimensions of 22.00" in length, 21.65" in width, and 19.77" in height, the frame is constructed from 304 stainless steel sheet and tubing and has a durable black powder coat finish. Strict visual and dimensional inspections are conducted both in-process and upon completion, ensuring that we maintain precision tolerances of /- .005" on this critical piece of medical equipment.
Our flexible and efficient manufacturing and assembly strategies enable us to complete this project within a 6 week delivery schedule, and we currently supply units on a daily Kanban basis direct to our customer’s production floor.
