Using our state-of-the-art CAD/CAM system, hydraulic press brakes, and CNC turret punches, we fabricate the frame, panels, and other components from 0.090" thick 5052-H32 aluminum. Our Timesaver metal finishing machine grains and deburs the work piece, while our automated hardware insertion equipment allows for rapid and accurate assembly.
Featuring overall dimensions of 23.50" in length, 20.0" in width, 14" in height, and weighing 35 lbs., our precision fabrication and assembly processes enable us to maintain strict ± 0.005" tolerances. Finished with a RoHS-compliant clear coat, it is painted with a low gloss polyurethane enamel paint to specification. Start to finish, we complete the entire turnkey assembly in only four weeks.
