As a leading solutions provider to the medical instruments industry, Stanron Steel fabricated these Kanban carts as a specialized means for delivering precision components safely and directly to the production floor. Constructed from cold rolled steel tubing, they feature sturdy polycarbonate flooring and heavy duty rolling casters.
To fabricate the carts, we utilized our CNC turret punch, hydraulic press brake, and precision cut off saw to form the components. Our certified operators then weld all of the tubing together to provide the structural integrity needed to support the large and heavy products. We finished them with a gray polyester enamel paint to provide abrasion resistance and lasting durability.
Featuring dimensions of 74.00" in length, 70.00" in height, and 34.00" in width, these carts are subject to the rigors of daily use. The expert craftsmanship that went into their manufacture provides the customer with a long-term material handling solution that integrates into their Lean enterprise.
